After decades as a real estate broker, educator, and industry leader, I’ve shifted my focus from running transactions to supporting the professionals who make them happen.

As Business Development Representative with Old Republic Title, I work with real estate agents to help them attract more clients, deliver remarkable experiences, and stay confident from contract to close.

My approach comes from years of firsthand experience in the Arizona real estate market — understanding the challenges, the emotions, and the energy that drive this business. I bring practical strategies, creative marketing ideas, and a deep respect for the agent’s role in every transaction.

Before stepping into title and escrow, I spent years leading agents as Broker/Owner of Rev Residential Brokerage, serving as President of Phoenix REALTORS®, and teaching continuing education through my school, Draw a Door School of Real Estate. That experience taught me one simple truth: when agents have clarity, consistency, and trusted resources, everything flows more easily.
